UX Research That Drives Better Decisions
UX research for Belgian businesses. User interviews, usability testing and surveys, matched to the question you need answered.

What is
UX Research?
UX research is the structured study of how real users think, behave and struggle with a website or product, using methods such as interviews, usability testing or surveys. A Beinux UX Research engagement selects the method that fits your actual question, from a single usability test to a short round of interviews, and turns the findings into recommendations you can act on.
The Problem Isn’t Always A Lack Of Data.
It’s A Lack Of Understanding.
Most UX decisions aren’t made with no information at all.
They’re made with the wrong kind. Analytics without context,
one opinion treated as consensus, feedback nobody has actually structured.
None of that tells you what a real person thinks.
UX Research Methods
The right method depends on what you need to learn. A project may use one
method, a combination, or another approach based on your research goals.
How I Start
Good Research Starts With The Right Question, Not A Method
I don’t begin a project by picking interviews, a survey or a usability test.
I begin by getting four things clear.
1
What decision does this need to inform?
2
What do we already know?
3
What don’t we know?
4
What evidence would actually reduce the uncertainty?
Only then is a method chosen. Sometimes the honest answer is that you
don’t need a new study at all, just a clearer look at what you already have.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Blueprint before UX Research?
No. The Blueprint is one way to arrive here, if it points to a specific question worth investigating. If you already have a clear question, you can start with UX Research directly.
Do you conduct usability testing?
Yes. Watching real people attempt real tasks on a website or prototype is one of the most direct ways to see where something isn’t working.
Do you conduct user interviews?
Yes, when interviews are the right method for the question at hand. Sessions are scoped around a small, targeted group rather than a large panel.
Can you research an existing website or product?
Yes. Usually the research looks at something that already exists: a live website or a product already in use, rather than something built from scratch.
Who finds the participants?
Usually your own customers, because they are the people your website has to convince. You share a customer list or newsletter, and I write the invitation, the screening questions and the schedule. If we need people who aren’t your customers yet, I’ll suggest where to find them, and we agree any thank-you for participants before we start.
How many participants do I need?
Usually a handful, not a panel. Qualitative methods like interviews or usability testing are built to surface patterns with a small, well-chosen group.
How long does a UX Research project take?
It depends on the method and scope. You’ll get a clear timeline once the question and approach are defined together, at the discovery call.
Which languages do you work in?
English, French or Arabic, for both our calls and your report.
